To ensure that we place our best foot forward, we conduct a pre-investment analysis of our common opportunity to evaluate our compatibility with one another. Ideally, this is done prior to making any crucial business decisions. First, we hold a workshop, during which we are able to explain our expertise and how it will be beneficial when planning your project from the early stages on. We perform a competitive market analysis, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed location, and determine if the space available is adequate. Concept design -from idea to attraction
Our professional and creative concept design team will either take your existing idea or concept and elevate it to new heights or create a fresh and unique concept to perfectly represent your values, consider your needs and generate the desired results that you want. The culmination of this crucial stage is marked with the delivery of a Concept Design Book, representing the heart of the project. Including such key elements as the backstory, the concept area plan, 2D and 3D area visualizations with descriptions, a customer experience path presentation, graphic samples and more.
Detailed design -details create the big picture
During the detailed design phase, concept design is finalized and feedback is considered through direct and ongoing communication. We share our progress and you to determine your own level of involvement in the project. Once the concept design is final, our team will produce product cards with documentation to proceed with manufacturing. These product cards contain measurements, colour specifications and material selections, as well as details & graphics. We utilize our substantial project management and design team resources to deliver results in most viable and efficient manner possible.
Own manufacturing -versatile capabilities with sustainability in mind
As a part of Lappset Group, we produce the components of your attraction within our three manufacturing facilities. Our wooden products are produced in Rovaniemi, Finland, using PEFC-certified northern pine. Metallic product and components are manufactured in Tallinn, Estonia and the magic of our custom-designed and brilliantly themed elements happens in Kuopio, Finland. Our manufacturing capabilities are versatile – from multi-level attraction structures to props and interactives. Having own manufacturing enables us to anticipate and control costs, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
On-site - hands on approach
The assembly and installation phases are done on-site by either our own installation team or in cooperation with a local, trusted partner; utilizing our partner network which consists of 60 entities around the world. We value local expertise and make decisions that benefit our common goal. Installation teams deliver full service from ground up in a timely and efficient way by following clear installation instructions and guidelines produced by our design team. Handover documents and maintenance instructions are always provided.
